MC3 Holdings, LLC was established in 2010 when the core team from McStain Neighborhoods joined International Risk Group and an equity partner to continue the mission of sustainable planning and building practices. MC3 Holdings, LLC will continue to do business as McStain Neighborhoods.
MC3 Holdings, LLC At-A-Glance
Founded in April, 2010 by Tom and Caroline Hoyt, International Risk Group and an equity partner. This team provides financial backing for MC3 Holdings, LLC and all of its subsidiaries.
Executive team includes:

- Tom Hoyt, Manager, MC3
- Caroline Hoyt, Owner, MC3
- David Ware, President, MC3
- Robert Edmonds, Chief Financial Officer, MC3
MC3 Holdings, LLC wholly owns McStain Constructors, LLC, the operating company for McStain Neighborhoods. In addition, projects operate as separate LLCs, such as Indian Peaks South, LLC, which is also wholly owned by MC3 Holdings, LLC.
Current projects are underway in several Denver-metro communities, including:

- Platt Park, Denver
- Coming Soon – Curtis Park
