Thank you for your interest in McStain Neighborhoods and our unique buyer program, Neighborhood Circle.  By joining the Neighborhood Circle, you will achieve a preferred position in our registry, and will be kept informed of upcoming events.  You will also receive advanced information on each new release of home sites and be amongst the first to choose your new home before sales open to the general public.  Neighborhood Circle members will have the opportunity to:

• Preview prices for the coming release of home sites, before the sales event.
• Tour model homes before they are open to the general public.
• Maintain your preferred position by attending each release, and responding to our requests for updated information, even if you plan to postpone your buying decision until a future sales release.
• Work directly with our Sales Consultant to understand options, pricing and home site availability in order to determine and prioritize your home site preferences.
• Preferred positions will be based on several factors including date and time you joined our Neighborhood Circle, attendance at special events, notification of loan approval and ability to write a non-conditional contract.

Joining the Neighborhood Circle will provide you with priority status as well as give us permission to share information about McStain’s exciting neighborhoods.
