McStain offers its employees a long list of benefits. And not just the typical “health and 401k.” We’ve tried to put together a benefits package that really enriches our employees’ lives, both at work and after hours.

We offer everything from reimbursement for health club memberships to help with adoption expenses to special pricing on new McStain homes. We support ongoing career advancement with continuing education opportunities, including tuition reimbursement. We reward performance and professional leadership with a number of incentives, such as our employee stock ownership plan.  And we encourage “giving back” by matching employee charitable donations of time or money up to $100 per year.
