We admit it — we have a pretty intensive interview process. We start with an introductory conversation over the phone. Then, if there seems to be a fit, we go on to one-on-one interviews, followed by group interviews. Why all the interviews? We think it’s in both our best interest to really know one another before we make a commitment to each other. Taking a new job — or, from our standpoint, hiring a new team member — is a big move. We just want to make sure it’s the right move for everybody involved.
