The defining element of our culture is our mission statement, which commits us to do right by our customers, employees, community and our natural environment. This mission statement doesn’t merely hang on the wall. We use it every day as a filter for decision-making. In fact, each of us carries a small laminated version of the mission with us just for that purpose. (Crazy, isn’t it?)

Not that all of us are serious environmentalists. Because McStain’s mission statement includes so many different objectives, McStain employees have a huge range of interests and backgrounds. But our mission statement helps this diverse group of people all dance to the same beat.
