With its new resources, McStain Neighborhoods will continue operations in several communities around town. We have restructured our development and lending agreements in order to continue the Indian Peaks South neighborhood in Lafayette — completing the final stage of a successful, 15-year involvement with the Indian Peaks community. In Denver we are proud to offer paired homes in the historic Platt Park neighborhood. And we are introducing a new home series for Hyland Village in Westminster.
