We are so fortunate to have found Arras Park. The sales team is friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. The designers are creative and hold themselves to high standards. Yes, even their standard options are high quality. We choose many of their standards for our home. The specialty designers who helped us through the option process made it fun and easy to sort through a wide range of options for flooring, tile, and carpeting. We did include an add-on for our fireplace and it’s truly a dream come true. We pinch ourselves every day and feel very fortunate to live here. The neighborhood is still growing. The people here are great, and I couldn’t ask for better neighbors.
After I stumbled upon McStain and thought maybe I’d want to buy one of their homes, I started asking around if anyone I knew had heard of them. Much to my surprise, so many people said that they had either lived in a McStain home at one point or knew someone who did. Everyone had overwhelmingly positive things to say about how much they loved their home, how high quality the build was, and about how well the company stood by their homes. When I decided to go under contract, I hired an inspector to look over my home prior to closing. To my surprise, he couldn’t stop talking about how well constructed the home was, and how McStain really went above and beyond in their building practices. I’m now proud to say that I too am a McStain homeowner, and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you for being such an incredible company in every way!
McStain was the clear choice for us from the beginning. We knew we wanted a local builder who was both innovative and conscience about the environment in their building practices. We had driven around other McStain communities and loved how truly different the homes and the neighborhoods felt from so many other big box builder communities. On top of being what we consider the best builder in the area, the process of buying/building the home was outstanding. Not only was it easier than we expected, but it was a lot of fun. The sales and construction staff were second to none. We couldn’t be happier with our home. Our friends rave about how beautiful our home is, we feel secure in knowing the materials used are safe for our family, we love paying less in energy bills, and couldn’t be more pleased about how outstanding the community turned out.
My husband and I shopped for two years before finally finding McStain. At first we were surprised to see that they were priced above other builders in the area. However, when we really started to look at what’s included there was FAR more value in the McStain homes than others that we had seen. So many builders are looking to nickel and dime you throughout the entire process. That was certainly not the case with McStain. In fact, the thing I found most surprising was we did almost all standard features and the home was nicer (and ultimately less expensive) than the other homes we had been considering. We really fell in love with the attention to detail paid to every aspect of our home. We highly recommend McStain to anyone considering purchasing a home from them!
